Come and join us for Our Hauora's in-person Living Mindfully well-being workshop! 

During this workshop, you will learn more about mindfulness and take away some simple tools for your 'toolbox' of skills, to self-calm and bring you into the present moment. 

You will develop and discover simple skills to:

  • Bring more mindfulness into your life 
  • Manage anxiety 
  • Improve sleep 
  • Relieve stress 
  • Care for your hauora well-being 
  • Develop daily rituals and self-care 
  • Use the power of breath to regulate your nervous system 
  • Calm a racing mind from thoughts and worries

In this one-hour workshop, we will discuss: 

  • What mindfulness is and how to be right here, right now
  • How to rewire and create positive pathways in the brain
