One-to-one Mindfulness Mentoring to support your well-being
This programme is tailored unique to you and your holistic well-being journey. We will look at all areas of your life, based on your hauora (the four dimensions of your well-being - Physical, Mental/emotional, Spiritual and Social)
Each session I will be supporting you through various dimensions of your wellbeing such as creating rituals to enhance your life, breaking limiting beliefs, setting empowered goals and staying aligned with your vision. We will get very clear on where you want to be and how to get there.
You will have the opportunity to try new skills to add to your own unique toolbox to support your everyday life. These tools will help you build resilience and confidence so that you can be more present, calm, healthy and happy.
Mindfulness is a powerful tool that you can use everyday to bring us into the present moment, so we can simply enjoy life. We are often so caught up in thoughts, stories that we tell ourselves, worry about what other people think; that we are missing what is going on in the present moment - right here, right now. Mindfulness helps us to become more self aware, notice our thoughts, feelings and emotions, to accept them and approach them with curiosity. The more we practise this, we are able to shift our attention to where we want it to be. Imagine being more present when you are going for a walk or interacting with others.
