Come and join us for Our Hauora's Living Mindfully well-being workshop!

You will leave feeling inspired, relaxed and ready to start the New Year the way you want to.

During this workshop you will learn more about mindfulness and takeaway some simple tools for your 'toolbox' of skills, to self calm and bring you into the present moment.

You will develop and discover simple skills to:
