Get a group of people together and take some time to put yourself first and ‘fill up your cup’. In this mindfulness session you will learn some simple tools to self calm and bring you into the present moment. You will learn about mindfulness, how we can be in the present moment with our often overstimulated nervous systems these days, and enjoy the feeling of relaxation.
We have turned into human doings, not human beings.
Two hours of well-being and mindfulness.
Organise a group of family or friends to do this with, or bring this session to your workplace and leave feeling calm, powerful and inspired.
