“I am most proud of myself for valuing myself and prioritising time. I wished before the programme that I had the tools to relax and have a routine that was consistent. With this challenge I have loved setting up that routine, having the time to myself to actually breathe, and I can't believe that over the last three weeks, I have felt happier overall. I didn't expect that I could have that. I just want to thank you for creating the course - it literally is changing my life which is awesome because I just felt stuck and didn't have the tools and guidance that I needed.”

"The things I have learned from this course are to make time for myself, prioritise myself and be kind to myself. My morning routine sets me up for success for the day. If I get stressed or overthink now, box breathing has really helped because it’s quick. I can do it in the space I'm in to ground me and be present - I feel like when I get stressed I'm thinking about past events or future events, or making up scenarios in my head. I was interested to learn these strategies - ‘Mind Transformation’ is well worth it. Recommend it to anyone!”

“I have done two of Ella’s courses now and I have found both not only simple and easy to understand but also simple to integrate into a relatively normal life. In ‘Mind Transformation’, I finally managed to develop and maintain a consistent morning routine (has been incredible for my meditations, stretching and breathwork). I actually came to understand the benefits of journaling which I really didn’t understand - I developed a plan and outline of what I wanted my future to look like. My life is busy, and currently, I can't be dedicating hours a day directly to my personal development (as important as it is to me). These courses have allowed me to develop some practises and tools that I can integrate into my normal day and have shown me the benefits of planning and actually sticking to something to make it a habit.
