5 ways to support your health and well-being during covid
1. Rest and sleep 💤
Accept and allow your body time to recover and for your immune system to combat the virus. Even if you get out of routine, don't feel guilty for resting, and if need be, allow time to ease back into exercise 🚴 listen to your body - everyone is so different ✨
2. Nourish 🥑🥕🍎
Juices and smoothies are a great way to boost fruit + veg 🍊 🍋
Supplements + vitamins - especially zinc, vitamin D, vitamin C - message me if you're keen for more info or for other things you can take ☀️
3. Gratitude - there is always something to be grateful for when times are a bit bleak. Have little moments of appreciating the good in your life. Journal - check our Instagram or message me if you need some prompt ideas ✍🏼
